To do this go to Winterboard/Advanced settings. Turn on record UIImages. Every image that is not themed will now be saved as PNGs into /tmp/UIImages.
Go to winterboard and turn on record ui images.
Respring
Now go to where the UI image shows. After it shows on the screen go back to tmp/uiimages and it will be there.
