Yahoo has launched a new standalone iPhone weather app called Yahoo! Weather. Pretty slick app, with lots of information. Here is what the app looks like.
Looks great, but didn't quite fit my color scheme. SO

Still cannot find the sunrise clip. If anyone finds it will you please let me know.
Settings
To install you must have a Jailbroken Device. Put these files into Library/Themes then close the app in switcher and re open.
