Clear folder background on iOS7

Tip from @badstylee if you install HiddenSettings7

Swipe up to open control center click on SpringBoard Settings

Click Icon Adaptive Colors

Turn off
Blur Folder Icons

Then turn Color Alpha to 0 and White Alpha to 0 and press done.


I did notice after a respring they will come back, just repeat the process.
