After the jailbreak some are not seeing weather in their notification center.
To fix this go to var/mobile/Library/BulletinBoard and delete section info and respring
UPDATE:
After this post I received a message from @grundlepowder He fixed his weather issue by going to settings>general>reset>reset all settings
